TAIPEI, Taiwan — September 3, 2025 — In order to help enterprises cope with the wave of artificial intelligence (AI) and enhance their competitiveness, the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Commerce Development Agency held the “AI Operational Decision-making CEO Class” today (3rd). A total of 40 CEOs and senior executives from industries such as catering services, wholesale and retail participated, demonstrating the high attention of service industry leaders to AI transformation.
The course is planned to have three core modules: “AI Intelligent Operational Decision-making”, “AI Virtual and Real Innovation Business Model” and “AI Investment Effectiveness and Risk Control”.
The Digital Transformation Academy Dean Zhan Wennan, Ai3 Artificial Intelligence Company Chairman Zhang Ronggui, and several experts with practical experience in AI were invited to conduct in-depth analysis on AI development trends, new business thinking and practical applications. Through case discussions and interactive exchanges, they helped business leaders to accurately grasp the value of AI in operational decision-making.
The Commerce Development Agency stated that senior executives are the locomotives driving digital transformation of enterprises. Only leaders with AI decision-making capabilities can lead enterprises to move forward steadily in a rapidly changing market. Through practical cases and expert guidance, this course provides business owners with a clear introduction direction and investment risk assessment, helping enterprises to move towards a new realm of smart services.
Many CEOs participating in the training program expressed their belief that AI holds great potential for enhancing customer experience, optimizing human resources, and strengthening supply chain management, and will become a core driver of future transformation in the service industry. This course not only sparks cross-industry dialogue but also creates a new era for intelligent service.
In addition to the “AI Operational Decision-Making CEO Course,” the Department of Commerce also offers AI courses such as the AI Basic Practice Course, iPas Course, AI Practical Application Course, AI Introduction Workshop, Enterprise-Specific Course, and Elite Course. We welcome applications from industry professionals and will continue to expand and enhance the program at different levels.
